Background: These images are ones that I shot for a client recently. In keeping with the new workflow, they have been registered before publication. This enables all the images to have the full protection of registration.
Preparation of Deposit: These images were due out for messenger within an hour of being ready at the lab. After editing the film down to 24 selects, I shot a copy shot with my Coolpix 990 digital camera. As time permitted over the next several days, I printed a black and white laser of the copy shots.:
Forms: I used Short Form VA to register this work. A copy of the filled out form can be seen here.
Protection: These images receive the full protection provided by registration for my lifetime, plus seventy years.
