Donut People

This photograph of the workers at an employee-owned donut factory was made for a corporate brochure for the National Cooperative Bank. NCB provides funding for co-ops and ESOPs.

The employees of this donut factory in Erie Pa. owned the factory through an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). I made this picture as part of a nationwide marketing program highlighting the many ways businesses are using ESOPs to find solutions to business problems.
